You probably already have this document because you received it with your invitation to enter, but if you’ve lost it or just need a quick copy on hand, you can download it here.
Declaration document
This form must be completed and uploaded with every entry.
It is available as a Word document and as a PDF. Please fill it in and include it with every entry you make. It requires both your signature and that of your editor, declaring that the samples of work you are submitting is yours, qualifies and you have permission to submit it.
