Declaration document
This declaration document must be completed and uploaded with every entry.
It is available as a Word document and as a PDF. Please fill it in and include it with every entry you make. It requires both your signature and that of your editor, declaring that the samples of work you are submitting is yours, qualifies and you have permission to submit it.
